Marcus Food Company was founded in 1980 by Howard Marcus to meet the growing protein procurement needs of businesses. In 2016, Billy Marcus founded Marcus Technologies to develop solutions that enhance sustainability and efficiency in the meat supply chain. This merger allows us to build on both legacies, creating a stronger, unified organization that is well-positioned for continued growth.
